How to Track a Package on Elergix.com

Tracking your order is easy on Elergix.com! Once your order has been shipped, you can monitor its progress from our marketplace to your doorstep. Here’s a simple guide on how to track your package.

Step 1: Log into Your Elergix Account

  1. Visit www.elergix.com.
  2. Click on the Login button at the top-right corner of the page.
  3. Enter your registered email and password to access your account.

Step 2: Go to “My Orders”

  1. Once logged in, navigate to your Account Dashboard.
  2. Click on My Orders from the menu to view a list of all your past and current orders.

Step 3: Find the Order You Want to Track

  1. In the My Orders section, you’ll see a list of your orders.
  2. Locate the order you wish to track by checking the Order NumberDate, or Status.
  3. Click on the View Details button next to the relevant order.

Step 4: Click on the Tracking Link

  1. On the order details page, look for a section labeled Tracking Information or Shipping Details.
  2. You’ll see a Tracking Number along with the name of the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).
  3. If the seller has provided a tracking link, it will be displayed here as a clickable link (e.g., “Track Package” or “View Tracking”).

Step 5: Track Your Package

  1. Click the Track Package or tracking link, and you’ll be redirected to the carrier’s tracking page where you can see real-time updates.
  2. On the carrier’s website, you can view your package’s current location, shipping progress, and estimated delivery date.
Step 6: Get Updates via Email or SMS
  • If your carrier supports notifications, you can choose to receive updates via email or SMS.
  • Check the Notifications Settings in your Elergix account to enable this feature, or sign up for updates directly on the carrier’s tracking page.

Step 7: Contact the Seller or Elergix if Necessary

  • If you notice any issues with tracking (such as a missing package, delayed delivery, or incorrect tracking information), contact the seller directly via their storefront on Elergix.

  • Processing Time: After an order is placed, it may take 1-2 business days for tracking information to update, depending on the seller’s processing times.
  • Third-Party Sellers: Some sellers may use third-party shipping carriers or local couriers, so make sure to check the shipping information provided by the seller in the order details.
  • Carrier Delays: Shipping and delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. Be sure to check the tracking updates regularly for the most current information.
