2. Creating a Shop

  • Payment Method: Sellers are required to provide a valid credit or debit card during the shop creation process to facilitate transactions and account verification.
  • Purpose: The card will be used for any applicable fees, including listing fees, transaction fees, and any potential advertising costs associated with promoting the seller’s shop.

2. Accepted Cards

  • Card Types: Elergix accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Prepaid cards may also be accepted, subject to verification.

3. Billing Information

  • Accurate Information: Sellers must ensure that the billing information associated with the card matches the information provided during registration.
  • Currency: All transactions will be processed in the currency specified on Elergix.com.

4. Verification Process

  • Authorization Hold: Upon entering card details, Elergix may place a temporary authorization hold on the card to verify its validity. This hold will not be a charge and will be released after verification.
  • Account Activation: Sellers must successfully verify their card details for their seller shop to be activated.

5. Updating Card Information

  • Changing Cards: Sellers can update their card information through their account settings at any time. New card details will be verified before being saved.
  • Expired Cards: It is the seller’s responsibility to keep their card information current. Elergix will notify sellers if their card is declined or if it expires.

6. Security Measures

  • Data Protection: Elergix employs industry-standard security measures to protect sellers’ payment information. Card details are encrypted and stored securely.
  • Fraud Prevention: Sellers are encouraged to monitor their accounts for unauthorized transactions and report any suspicious activity immediately.

7. Non-Compliance

  • Failure to Provide Card Information: Sellers who do not provide valid credit or debit card information will not be able to complete the shop creation process.
  • Account Suspension: Elergix reserves the right to suspend or deactivate seller accounts that have unresolved payment issues.

  • Elergix may update these card policies as necessary. Sellers will be informed of significant changes via email or through the platform.

As a Seller, you are central to providing each of your Buyers with a safe and trustworthy experience on Elergix.com. This policy is designed to outline a Seller’s rights and responsibilities and is a part of Elergix’s Terms of Service.
Sellers are responsible for reviewing and abiding by these rules as well as any applicable local laws. Violating this policy may result in restrictions to your account, up to and including termination, and may be made at the sole discretion of Elergix.com.

Seller Fees

It’s always free to list an item for sale on Elergix.com.

For Sellers, after your item sells, we deduct applicable fees from the final order price before we remit your earnings to you. The fee deducted will consist of a fixed component and a variable component, as set forth below:
Variable Component: 4.99% applied on the sum of the Item (or bundle) sale price, shipping costs, and applicable taxes and other governmental charges, and
Fixed Component: $1, $2, or $3 based on the Item (or bundle) sale price as follows:
For sale prices under $15, the fixed component amount is $1
For sale prices from $15 to $49.99, the fixed component amount is $2
For sale prices of $50 or more, the fixed component amount is $3
