Return & Exchange Policy

At Elergix.com, we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience for all customers. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel an order. To make this process as easy as possible, we’ve established the following Order Cancellation Policy.


1. General Order Cancellation Guidelines

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this time, it may be too late to cancel your order because it may already be processed or shipped by the seller.
  • Order Status: You can only cancel an order if it is still in the Pending or Processing status. Once an order has been marked as Shipped or is in Transit, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our Return & Exchange Policy instead.
  • Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be made through the Elergix platform or by contacting Elergix Customer Support directly.

2. How to Cancel an Order on Elergix.com

To cancel your order, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Log into Your Elergix Account
  1. Go to www.elergix.com.
  2. Click on the Login button at the top-right corner of the page.
  3. Enter your registered email address and password to access your account.
Step 2: Access Your Orders
  1. Once logged in, go to your Account Dashboard.
  2. Click on My Orders from the menu.
Step 3: Select the Order You Want to Cancel
  1. In the My Orders section, locate the order you wish to cancel.
  2. Click on View Details for that specific order.
  3. If your order is eligible for cancellation, you will see a Cancel Order button.
Step 4: Confirm the Cancellation
  1. Click on Cancel Order.
  2. A pop-up or confirmation screen will appear asking you to confirm the cancellation.
  3. Confirm your request, and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully canceled.

3. Conditions Under Which Cancellation is Not Possible

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order under the following circumstances:

  • Shipped or In-Transit Orders: Once the seller has shipped your order or the item is in transit, it is no longer possible to cancel. In this case, you must wait for the delivery and follow our Return & Exchange Policy if needed.
  • Custom or Personalized Items: Products that are made to order, customized, or personalized are non-cancellable once the order has been placed.
  • Digital Products: Downloadable digital content or services cannot be canceled once the order has been processed.

4. Seller-Specific Cancellation Policies

  • Third-Party Sellers: If the order is placed with a third-party seller (not directly fulfilled by Elergix), the seller’s cancellation policies may apply. Some sellers may have different terms for cancellations.
  • Seller Approval: In some cases, the seller may need to approve or process the cancellation request. If the cancellation request is denied, you can explore other options such as returning the product after delivery.

5. Refund Process After Cancellation

  • Refund Issued to Original Payment Method: If your order is successfully canceled, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Processing Fees: If applicable, any processing or handling fees may be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Refund Notification: You will receive an email notification once your cancellation has been processed and your refund is issued.

7. Important Notes

  • Timing is Crucial: The quicker you request a cancellation, the better your chances of success. Once your order is in Shipped or In-Transit status, it may not be possible to cancel it.
  • Check Seller Policies: Always review product listings for any specific seller cancellation policies, as some sellers may have unique terms that override the general Elergix cancellation policy.
  • Cancellation Is Not the Same as a Return: Cancellation occurs before shipping or fulfillment. After the order has shipped or been delivered, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for further actions.
